My family and I went to the Dominican Republic with a missions team from the Appalachian Conference of the IPHC. Isaac and I helped build the frame to put a concrete roof on a church as well as laid block for two rooms (foyer area and pastor's office). While this was going on, Jess, Cherith, and Moriah helped with the kids ministry. I was honored to  preach at Pastor Juan Gabriel's church on Sunday. Many lives were impacted in the Dominican, but this was truly a life-changing trip for all of us as well.
